Client Specialists (English Speaking)
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Assist clients with account opening procedure and deposit;
- Identify the potential clients and present the Company’s products and services;
- Addressing clients’ queries and concerns in a timely and accurate manner and providing tailor made solutions.
- Providing educational information to potential Clients with respect to the forex market. This will involve inter alia understanding the market, tools and jargon commonly used in the market.
Key requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of English Language both written and oral is necessary.
- Ability to work under pressure and reaching personal sales targets.
- Previous sales experience within the financial sector will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- University /College or other degree in relevant field will be considered as an advantage;
- Additional languages will be considered as an advantage.
