Retention Representative Spanish Speaker

Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Retention Representative (Spanish Speaker) to join our team in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Reception of clients into the Company
- Assisting clientele with transacting funds
- Assisting clientele with the company's services
- Negotiating better conditions with the company's clients
- Building and maintaining business relationships between the company & clients
Requirements:
- Spanish and English language is a mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft
- Sales/ portfolio managing experience
- Excellent communication skills
