Strong revenue and earnings growth in 2021; guidance for 2022 significantly
above our expectations; estimates and share price target raised
According to preliminary figures for the past financial year 2021, The NAGA
Group AG (short to: NAGA) achieved significant revenue growth as expected.
Compared to the previous year, consolidated sales more than doubled to EUR
55.3 million (previous year: EUR 24.35 million), thus exceeding both the
original guidance (sales guidance: EUR 50 - 52 million) and our sales
estimates (GBC forecast: EUR 54.06 million). The preliminary EBITDA of EUR
12.8 million (previous year: EUR 6.57 million) also showed a significant
increase. However, as the deliberate investments in customer growth led to
higher marketing expenses, the preliminary EBITDA was slightly below the
original EBITDA guidance (EUR 13 - 15 million) and below our estimate (GBC
forecast: EUR 14.39 million).
As expected, the company not only benefited from the favourable market
conditions for online brokers, but also from the implemented focus on the
core business and the expanded marketing activities contributed to the
success. Overall, the trading volume doubled from EUR 121 billion (2020) to
over EUR 250 million (2021) and the number of new customers increased
significantly to 277,000 (previous year: 122,000). On the product side, for
example, NAGA Pay was introduced to the market, which is intended to
integrate customers more strongly into the NAGA product world.
For the current financial year, the company has announced the introduction
of new products in addition to the planned continuation of international
expansion. In the first quarter of 2022, NAGAX, a new social trading
platform with a focus on cryptocurrencies, is to be introduced to the
market. According to its own information, every user contribution on the
platform will be automatically converted into an NFT, which can be
monetised. In addition, since the end of 2021, NAGA has been offering its
technology to selected partner companies as part of a white label solution
as a SaaS model. This is intended to generate further business.
The financing of further customer growth, possible strategic acquisitions
and further product development was significantly expanded by a financing
round in November 2021. With the issue of around 4.25 million shares at a
price of EUR 8.00, an additional EUR 34 million was raised. Growth capital
of EUR 22.7 million was already raised in September 2021 as part of a
capital increase.
On this basis, the company published guidance for the current 2022
financial year for the first time in November 2021. Group turnover of EUR
95 to 105 million and EBITDA of between EUR 25 and 30 million are expected.
Both figures are significantly above our previous forecast (see research
report dated 8 November 2021). We are adjusting our estimates in line with
the company's guidance and are thus significantly raising our revenue
estimate to EUR 96.78 million (previously: EUR 81.10 million) and our
EBITDA forecast to EUR 25.48 million (previously: EUR 16.99 million). Due
to this higher basis, we are also raising our 2023 estimates.
Within the framework of our DCF valuation model, this results in a new
target price of EUR 12.75 (previously: EUR 11.70), taking into account the
last capital increase. We continue to assign the BUY rating.

First Berlin Equity Research has published a research update on Haemato AG
(ISIN: DE000A289VV1). Analyst Ellis Acklin reiterated his BUY rating and
maintained his EUR 50.00 price target.
Abstract:
With Omicron storming Europe, governments are scrambling to stop the new
variant, and surging demand for reliable testing is stretching capacities.
Haemato now offers a solution to simplify testing and accelerate results
with the addition of a high-end PCR point-of-care device to its portfolio.
This real-time equipment can process samples on-site and deliver results
within 45 minutes since samples no longer have to be sent to labs for
analysis. In our view, this is a good addition to Haemato's medical device
portfolio. Our rating remains Buy with a €50 price target.

First Berlin Equity Research has published a research update on ad pepper
media International N.V. (ISIN: NL0000238145). Analyst Dr. Karsten von
Blumenthal reiterated his BUY rating and decreased the price target from
EUR 8.10 to EUR 7.10.
Abstract:
ad pepper has lowered Q4 guidance due to weaker than expected performance
of the ad pepper media and Webgains segments. The group is now guiding for
Q4 revenue of €7m (previous guidance: €8m) and Q4 EBITDA in the range of
€0.6m - €0.8m (no previous guidance, Q4/20: €2.2m). For 2021, ad pepper is
guiding for €27.4m in revenue (2020: €25.6m, +7% y/y) and EBITDA in the
range of €4.2m - €4.4m (2020: €6.6m, -33% to -36% y/y). Q4 is usually the
strongest quarter of the year due to the Christmas business when digital
advertising reaches its annual peak, especially in the Webgains segment.
But the dependence on the Christmas business also lowers visibility as Q4
revenue hinges on clients' digital ad spending in the five weeks before
Christmas, especially the days around Black Friday and Cyber Monday. The
shopping behaviour and thus the digital ad spending in this short period
are difficult to predict. The previous Q4 guidance was given on 19 October
2021 and has now had to be adjusted. Despite this setback, we believe that
the fundamental drivers (increasing share of online shopping & digital
advertising) are intact. However, in Q4/21, the pandemic effect, which was
very strong in Q4/20 due to severe lockdowns, was overall lower than
expected. In 2021, ad pepper invested in personnel and regional expansion.
This burdens margins, but lays the foundations for further growth. Given
the weaker 2021 figures, we have lowered our forecasts for 2022 and the
following years. Based on ad pepper's 2021 guidance, we now assume that the
top line will grow by 10% and EBITDA by 28% y/y in 2022. An updated DCF
model yields a new price target of €7.10 (previously: €8.10). We confirm
our Buy recommendation.

First Berlin Equity Research hat am 13.01.2022 die Coverage von Knaus
Tabbert AG (ISIN: DE000A2YN504/ Bloomberg: KTA GR) aufgenommen. Analyst
First Berlin Equity Research on 13/01/2022 initiated coverage on Knaus
Tabbert AG (ISIN: DE000A2YN504/ Bloomberg: KTA GR). Analyst Kimberly Purvis
placed a BUY rating on the stock, with a EUR 95.00 price target.
Abstract:
Knaus Tabbert (KTA) is a leading company in the leisure vehicle (LV)
industry. With 5 brands, the company is one of the most well-known leisure
vehicle manufacturers in Europe. For the last 4 years, KTA has gained
market share in both caravans and motorhomes. European LV unit sales began
accelerating in 2015, showing compounded annual growth of 12.1% from
2014-2020. Since 2016, unit sales in the German market have doubled. Supply
chain issues in 2021 should resolve in 2022, allowing a return to
double-digit growth in 2023. With a backlog of €1.4bn, KTA's manufacturing
capacity is already completely reserved for 2022 and well into 2023. By
2025, the company plans to double its manufacturing capacity to 50,000
vehicles. With a new brand introduction in 2022, along with the industry's
first electric hybrid vehicle in 2023, KTA is on the cusp of a major
vehicle replacement cycle as consumers move away from diesel-fueled
vehicles. KTA reduced its guidance for 2021 because of missing chassis.
Nevertheless, strong revenue and profitability growth for the next decade
make the company an excellent investment. Our financial model is
conservative, leaving room for upside if the chip situation resolves sooner
than expected. With KTA trading at just 0.7X 2021E enterprise value, the
current share price is at an excellent entry point for this
industry-leading innovator. We initiate coverage with a Buy rating and a
price target of €95.

Cryptology is a leading European holding company for crypto assets and
blockchain companies.
Cryptology Asset Group is a publicly traded investment company focused on
crypto-assets and blockchain-based business models. For this purpose,
Cryptology has a broad network of experts, including Christian Angermayer
and Mike Novogratz, two of the most prominent faces in crypto, who are also
among the founders and largest shareholders in the company. In the long
term, the company aims to become Europe's leading holding company of the
world's most successful crypto and blockchain companies. We spoke with the
company's CEO Patrick Lowry about the outlook for crypto assets and the
development of Cryptology Asset Group.
GBC AG: Mr. Lowry, to start off, please give us a brief review of
Cryptology Asset Group's developments in 2021.
Patrick Lowry: I stepped in as the newly appointed Cryptology CEO in March
2021 with a vision to build the gateway for investors to enter the crypto
asset class, leveraging Cryptology's infrastructure and balance sheet. I
believe we have successfully created this gateway through Cryptology's
publicly traded shares. Our shareholders participate directly in the
development of the crypto ecosystem through our investments in exclusive
blockchain companies such as B1 and Bullish as well as through the exciting
developments of Northern Data, Iconic Funds and more crypto-native
companies. We made multiple new investments into the likes of Chintai and
even had exits, such as the NYDIG acquisition of our portfolio company,
Bottlepay. We also announced we will be deploying $100 million into crypto
funds as well, partnering with emerging managers to expand our dealflow and
realize what I personally expect to be substantial financial returns.
Looking back, I believe we were successfully able to realize my vision as
through Cryptology shares, investors gain access to the crypto investment
ecosystem in truly unprecedented ways.
GBC AG: Your last investment was in VLaunch. Can you explain the reasons
for this investment and tell us what you expect from the investment?
Patrick Lowry: This year, Cryptology started to embrace more native crypto
investments and began to deploy capital into the DeFi ecosystem. VLaunch is
one of the most exciting projects in crypto today with easily the fastest
growing community. The angle they are taking, leveraging a community of
influencers in a DAO-esque model for a new token launch platform is
revolutionary. We view this as a highly strategic investment as we plan to
leverage the token launchpad to invest in the most innovative tokenized
platforms coming through the launchpad
GBC AG: Probably the most exciting project in Cryptology's portfolio at the
moment is the Bullish platform. Recently, the Financial Services Commission
(GFSC) of Gibraltar granted a license for the distributed ledger
technology. What does this mean for Bullish and what are the next steps to
become the world's largest crypto exchange?
Patrick Lowry: I am excited for many of our portfolio companies,
particularly Northern Data now that their tumultuous 2021 is behind it and
the firm can move forward. But yes, all the focus of capital markets is
zero'd in on B1's Bullish, and rightfully so. The IPO via SPAC seems to be
imminent now that the platform itself is live. Bullish spent much of 2021
in a private Beta, and even permitted institutions to join in early
December. While in Beta, Bullish realized well over $100 million daily
trading volume on Bitcoin rather quickly, equating roughly 15-20% of the
daily Bitcoin trading volume of Coinbase. In Mid-Dec., Bullish was rolled
out to over 40 countries for all crypto investors. Bullish has a big year
ahead of it in 2022, and I am. Bullish. on the platform!
GBC AG: The year 2021 was an extremely successful year for
cryptocurrencies, despite the Corona pandemic. In your view, have
cryptocurrencies made the leap into the mainstream?
Patrick Lowry: Crypto wasn't just successful despite the COVID pandemic.
Crypto largely thrived because of the COVID pandemic, or more accurately
said, our government's and central bank's irresponsible actions to combat
the economic fallout of the COVID pandemic. The crypto community has been
promoting Bitcoin as a 'digital store of value' for years, and in an era of
infinitely printed fiat currency (USD/EUR), people finally understood the
message and Bitcoin's value. Coupling this with the 2020 Bitcoin halving
event, 2021 was literally a perfect storm of adoption for Bitcoin. From
there, investors started diving down the rabbit hole and discovered ETH,
EOS and other crypto assets that have their own unique value drivers. We
are still in the first inning of adoption though, and I expect many, many
big things in the coming months and years.
GBC AG: In which areas do you think there will be no way around
cryptocurrencies in the foreseeable future?
Patrick Lowry: Crypto and the blockchain will touch literally every
industrial, financial and general business vertical in the world. No
industry will be safe, and everyone will inevitably adopt crypto/blockchain
in their business model. Adoption is inevitable.
GBC AG: The issue of sustainability/ESG is becoming increasingly important
for investors. How do you take this into account and implement individual
measures in your company and in your investments?
Patrick Lowry: Cryptology is an investment holding company with a very
small team. With little to no formal operations, I would expect our carbon
footprint to be basically non-existent. With that said, we work hand-inhand
with our portfolio companies and discuss their own ESG initiatives.
For instance, Iconic Funds' Physically Backed Bitcoin ETP recently
announced it had begun carbon offsetting for all the Bitcoin in the ETP
through the purchase and holding of carbon credits. Northern Data is also
working to be completely carbon neutral by 2030 for its mining and HPC
operations. I believe our portfolio is working hard to be ESG-compliant
industry leaders.
Moving away from the 'E' of ESG though, there is still Social and
Governance implications of ESG compliance. What excites me the most is the
profound impact crypto will have on both elements. Crypto enables wealth
generation in a way that is unprecedented, which will have nothing but a
highly positive impact on society as individuals take control of their own
assets. Further, the governance structures being developed by DAO's and
quadratic voting systems, leveraging decentralized governance protocols
through cryptographic technology, are revolutionizing governance and
finally empowering organizations in a borderless, transparent and
individualistic manner. In my view, crypto will soon be seen as far and
away the most ESG compliant industry in the world.
GBC AG: Finally, can you give us an assessment of how you think
cryptocurrencies will develop in 2022? And what will be the main focus for
Cryptology in the coming year?
Patrick Lowry: Crypto is just getting warmed up. I expect 2022 to be a
massively exciting year for Cryptology, our portfolio companies and our
shareholders. We will continue to deliver on our vision of being the
gateway for investors seeking exposure to the crypto ecosystem through our
listed shares as well as continue to invest in and partner with the best
and brightest entrepreneurs and investors in the crypto ecosystem.
GBC AG: Patrick Lowry, thank you very much for the interview.

Record quarter production 6,970 boe/d
Record quarter Free Cash Flow $9.5M CAD
Record production. The company has produced 6,970 boe/d during Q3-2021.
This represents an increase of 270% over their Q2 results and 1297% over Q3
2020.
Record Free Cash Flow. The company Q3 EBITDA resulted in $17.2M CAD. The
company posted a $9.5M CAD positive free cash flow, after capital
expenditures, compared to $0.3M CAD in Q3 2020.
Balance sheet discipline. Its lean structure and conservative capital
expenditure of $4.5M CAD allows the company to exit Q3 2021 with over $14M
CAD cash on hand.
Mature assets. The maturity of the Oxbow asset and low decline rate of 12%
gives Saturn Oil & Gas flexibility for future development. There are
currently 370 drilling location with certified reserves. Additionally,
there is the opportunity for low capex and rapid increase in oil production
as brought about by 400 reactivations of non-producing wells.
Hard counter to oil price volatility. The strong hedge against WTI spot
price secures debt repayment at the cost of capping a potential increase in
revenues. However, it creates revenue stability, easier long-term
projections and secures internal funding of growth projects.
Future profitability. Saturn Oil & Gas has incurred $66.8M CAD in 2021 in
unrealized non-cash losses on future oil hedging positions. Therefore, in
future periods Saturn Oil & Gas is expected to report higher earnings based
on increased future production levels (88% of the $66.8M CAD is for 2022-
to-2025 derivative contracts)
Market and financier support. The company has completed a share
consolidation. With 25.1M shares out and the support of their financier,
the company could be looking for more unique acquisition opportunities.
Asset fully integrated. The Q3 results indicate to the markets that the
integration of the asset is now complete.
Brighter future. The company is poised and ready for their next development
stage. Acquisition or organic growth. The oil price will most definitely
guide the next phase for Saturn Oil & Gas.
Based on our DCF model we have raised our price target to 12.17 CAD per
share and maintain our BUY rating.

Dynamic growth with patented semantic solutions in the area of 'Big Data
Analytics'
Cogia AG is a full-service provider of AI-based, patented, semantic
solutions and services in the field of 'Big Data Analytics', with a focus
on customer experience, monitoring and engagement. Cogia's goal is to
support its customers, whether companies, associations, or public
authorities, in the optimal use of available information by making it
accessible in terms of content and preparing it in a structured manner
using automated processes - in two respects. On the one hand, it is a
matter of discovering hidden company- or organization-specific knowledge
within the internal data and the customer's intranet. On the other hand,
Cogia AG enables companies to monitor their target groups via the Internet,
build lasting customer relationships and create added value for their
brands.
The products of Cogia AG are based on a self-developed and innovative AIbased
software solution. The AI software solutions clearly set the
company's products apart from the competition. This reflects the company's
more than 10 years of research and development work in this area, as well
as their continuous further development of software solutions. Through its
extensive product portfolio, Cogia AG provides its customers a close
integration of technical and editorial services, so that customers can be
optimally and holistically supported in every phase of a project.
The innovative product solutions of Cogia AG have already demonstrated
their market maturity in practical tests in numerous projects with renowned
customers. Thus, the automotive groups Volkswagen and BMW are already among
their customers, as well as the Fraunhofer Institute or the Free State of
Bavaria. In addition to their further development of software solutions,
their focus is on a further roll-out at Cogia AG.
As of the financial year 2020, sales amounted to EUR 0.42m (previous year:
EUR 0.33m) with an EBITDA of EUR 0.13m (previous year: EUR 0.16m) and a net
result of EUR -0.32m (previous year: EUR 0.11m). Sales revenues are still
at a low level, but there are already good customer relationships with
major customers such as BMW, Lufthansa, and VW with whom the company can
grow.
As of the first half of 2021, revenue was EUR 0.34m, EBITDA was EUR 0.09m,
and the net result was EUR -0.39m. Annualized, the primary goal of revenue
growth was thus achieved. In addition, a partnership was concluded with
VIMATO, a micro-influencer platform.
We expect dynamic growth for Cogia AG. The business model of recurring
revenues and the already good contacts to major customers should enable
significant revenue increases. We forecast revenue growth in the current
fiscal year 2021 to EUR 1.05m, followed by EUR 1.93m in 2022 and EUR 3.55m
in 2023. The scalable business model should allow significant earnings
improvements. We expect EBITDA to increase from EUR 0.07m (2021) to EUR
0.17m (2022) and EUR 0.89m (2023).
Our forecasts do not yet include inorganic revenues. Cogia also plans to
grow via debt capital. The funds are to be raised on a deal-by-deal basis.
Management already has an extensive pipeline of potential targets of around
EUR 50m.
Based on our DCF model, we have determined a fair value per share of EUR
3.72 and assign a Buy rating.

First Berlin Equity Research hat ein Research Update zu Deutsche Effectenund
Wechsel- Beteiligungsgesellschaft AG (ISIN: DE0008041005)
geplanten Beteiligungen erfolgreich abgeschlossen. I) Die DEWB hat sich an
dem Frankfurter Wertpapier-Tokenisierungs-Fintech-Startup Cashlink
Technologies GmbH beteiligt.
unsere Kaufempfehlung.
First Berlin Equity Research has published a research update on Deutsche
Effecten- und Wechsel- Beteiligungsgesellschaft AG (ISIN: DE0008041005).
Analyst Christian Orquera reiterated his BUY rating and increased the price
target from EUR 2.50 to EUR 2.90.
Abstract:
In the first half of December 2021, Deutsche Effecten- und WechselBeteiligungsgesellschaft
AG (DEWB) successfully completed the last two
holding investments planned for this year. I) DEWB took a position in the
Frankfurt-based securities tokenisation fintech startup Cashlink
Technologies GmbH. Cashlink has developed a technology platform that
enables the legally compliant issuance and management of digital tokenised
securities for institutional clients as an all-in-one solution. The new
German bill 'Gesetz für elektronische Wertpapiere - eWpG' effective 1 June
2021, regulates and enables the trading of digital and blockchain
securities. This legislation represents a key catalyst because it brings
the assurance of a regulatory framework for players willing to participate
in the emerging capital market 2.0. Cashlink is now one of the first
fintechs to have obtained a permit according to the new legislation to
operate with tokenised securities in Germany. II) DEWB invested an
undisclosed amount in the German listed social trading neo-broker Naga
Group at an attractive price of ~€5.40 p/s (current price: €7.10 p/s) in
connection with a capital increase of €22.7m and a secondary transaction.
The well-known investors Christian Angermayer and Peter Thiel both
participated in the transactions. Naga has >1m users, a market cap of
~€300m, has guided to a doubling of sales in 2021 and 2022, and plans to
conduct an IPO on the US NASDAQ during 2022. Overall, DEWB has built up an
attractive portfolio comprised of seven fintechs with excellent prospects.
In November, DEWB's largest holding, Lloyd Fonds AG (LFAG), acquired a ~50%
stake (and made an offer for >90%) in the leading German asset
management firm BV Holding AG through which it will roughly double its
assets under management to ~€5.0bn. This transaction will position LFAG
among the top 5 asset managers in Germany. LFAG also secured a ~17.75%
stake (with the option to increase it to 100%) in the fast-growing
robo-advisory startup growney GmbH. LFAG has delivered a superb financial
performance, and its stock price has nearly doubled since the beginning of
the year, increasing DEWB's NAV substantially. Our updated NAV-based
valuation model for DEWB leads to a higher price target of €2.90
(previously €2.50). We believe DEWB's stock is significantly undervalued.
We reiterate our Buy rating.

Successful listing of EasyMotionSkin Tec AG on the m:access of the Munich
Stock Exchange
On 09.12.2021 EasyMotionSkin Tec AG was successfully listed on the m:access
of the Munich Stock Exchange. The initial share price is 14.50 EUR.
According to the management, no extensive capital market transactions are
planned in the near future.
The EasyMotionSkin Group consists of EasyMotionSkin Tec AG (EMS Tec AG) and
its wholly owned subsidiaries EasyMotionSkin Tec GmbH (EMS Tec GmbH) and
EMS GmbH. The Group primarily produces and distributes EMS training systems
consisting of a suit, a PowerBox and an app solution. EMS stands for
electro-muscle stimulation, which involves controlling and stimulating the
muscles by means of electrical impulses. With an EMS system, good results
can be achieved in the area of fitness and general health with
comparatively little training effort. There are already competitors in the
market with EMS studio chains or their own systems, but the EMS Group has a
patented solution that should be a clear competitive advantage: The dry
electrode and wireless training. With other EMS systems, the electrodes
must be moistened prior to the workout in order to make contact with the
body. The EasyMotionSkin product can be used without prior moistening. This
is on the one hand more hygienic and, on the other hand, more comfortable
for the user. The suit is a high-tech knitted product that withstands high
stresses and requires a knitting time of over six hours per suit in
production. In addition, an innovative woven-in and flexible cable harness
has been woven in to avoid the use of external cables.
According to the management, over 5,000 EMS systems have already been sold
in the last three years and the product has been steadily improved. Now the
company is to move into the growth phase and an extensive distribution
network is to be established in the DACH region.
The parent company EasyMotionSkin Tec AG was previously also used as an
investment vehicle by the owner (Christian Jäger, 97.7%) and thus business
areas outside the EasyMotionSkin Group were included in the company. This
legacy business was spun off at the beginning of 2021. Therefore,
comparability of the history with the forecast is only possible to a
limited extent. No consolidated group balance sheet has been prepared to
date either. The most informative period is the first half of 2021 with the
pure EasyMotionSkin business, here EMS Tec AG generated revenues of CHF
1.36 million, EMS Tec GmbH EUR 3.00 million and EMS GmbH EUR 0.80 million.
It is also important to note the supply chain in which EMS GmbH has the
products manufactured, resells them to EMS Tec AG and the latter in turn
resells them to EMS Tec GmbH. Respectively, net income of CHF 0.16 million
(EMS Tec AG), EUR 0.24 million (EMS Tec GmbH) and EUR -0.07 million (EMS
GmbH) was generated.
For the forecast we rely on a consolidated view and expect very dynamic
sales development. We based our sales forecast on the dynamic development
of the current market leader Body Street, which has reached 29,000 members
within four years. Our forecast is somewhat more conservative. The current
fiscal year 2021 is still impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic, so while
demand has increased, there have been supply shortages. As a result, we
expect revenues of CHF 4.25 million in 2021, followed by CHF 14.20 million
in 2022 and CHF 28.21 million in 2023, respectively. Strong growth is
expected to be achieved through broad network distribution, an optimized
online presence and studio partnerships. The company is also focusing on a
modern app solution that will enable users to compete with others as well
as be part of a community. In particular, the margin is to be increased via
economies of scale in purchasing and we forecast a net result of CHF -1.17
million in 2021, CHF 1.02 million in 2022 and CHF 2.88 million in 2023.
Based on our DCF model, we have determined a fair value per share of CHF
21.00 (EUR 19.28) and assign a BUY rating.

First Berlin Equity Research has published a research update on Haemato AG
(ISIN: DE000A289VV1). Analyst Ellis Acklin reiterated his BUY rating and
maintained his EUR 50.00 price target.
Abstract:
Haemato reported third quarter KPIs showing continued good business
momentum led by a 9% increase in sales to €65m and a 70% rise in EBITDA to
€1.7m. Results were close to FBe, and the company is tracking well towards
guidance and our 2021 targets. The company also recently announced a deal
which paves the way towards its goal of marketing a private label botulinum
toxin product through its European channels. Huons BioPharma Co., Ltd., a
pharmaceutical company based in Seoul, Korea, has signed an exclusive
licensing and supply agreement with Haemato for its botulinum toxin
product, which is currently marketed under the LIZTOX and HUTOX brands.
HAEMATO will start the marketing approval procedures in the EU with the
goal of bringing its own-branded botulinum toxin to market in 2024 / 2025.
We remain Buy-rated on Haemato with an unchanged €50 price target.

First Berlin Equity Research hat am 02.12.2021 die Coverage von M1 Kliniken
AG (ISIN: DE000A0STSQ8/ Bloomberg: M12 GR) wieder aufgenommen. Analyst
First Berlin Equity Research on 02/12/2021 re-initiated coverage on M1
Kliniken AG (ISIN: DE000A0STSQ8 / Bloomberg: M12 GR). Analyst Ellis Acklin
placed a Buy rating on the stock, with a EUR 14.00 price target.
Abstract:
We re-initiate coverage of M1 Kliniken AG (M1) with a Buy rating and €14
price target. In our view, the company's growth prospects are excellent. M1
was an early mover in Germany's lifestyle and beauty market and forged a
disruptive network of branded clinics for cosmetic treatments. Now the
company is accelerating the international expansion of its clinic network
and wants to double the number of beauty centres by YE24 (currently ~50). A
$51bn addressable beauty market underpins our optimism, and we believe M1's
operational upside is currently underappreciated by the market.

Reverse IPO of Blue Sky Natural Resources in IGEA Pharma. Realignment to
CBD extraction. Aggressive growth expected with strong scaling effects.
Blue Sky Natural Resources Ltd. (Blue Sky) was contributed to IGEA Pharma
N.V. (IGEA Pharma) on 27 September 2021 via a capital increase in kind. The
business model is now to change fundamentally. The wellness and prevention
sector is to be addressed with a focus on CBD. The goal is to become the
quality and cost leader in the field of CBD in Europe. To this end, a GMP
pharma compliant plant is being built in Switzerland. The supercritical CO2
extraction process is to be used to achieve the highest standard of
quality. A proprietary system has been developed for this purpose. Due to
its very high quality, the product should be able to be sold at
significantly higher prices compared to CBD obtained by using solvent-based
methods. The marketing of CBD is to take place exclusively b2b in the
wholesale trade. According to the management, the sales price can amount
to about CHF 8,500 / kg. Based on this assumption, we forecast substantial
sales and earnings developments.
According to the pro forma financial statements, no significant sales were
generated in the past 2020 financial year, with a net result of EUR -2.23
million. According to the pro forma financial statements, the contribution
created equity in the amount of EUR 9.06 million, which is largely offset
by goodwill.
Blue Sky already has extensive quantities of raw material in stock. In
total, there are 64,700 kg of frozen and 9,600 kg of dried hemp in stock.
The hemp corresponds to the best organic quality (GMT). This is sufficient
raw material for production in 2022. In 2021, samples will initially be
produced in smaller machines and no significant sales revenues are expected
yet.
The extensive production or CBD extraction is scheduled to start in 2022.
Initially, this will be set up with one production line and one shift, and
then expanded to a two-shift system. The production lines are then to be
expanded to two in 2023, followed by three in 2024 and four in 2025.
Bottling facilities will also be added to the production.
With raw materials already in stock, production should be able to start
promptly and we expect revenues of EUR 51.05 m in 2022, followed by EUR
170.15 m in 2023. The business model is well scalable and we expect a
gradual margin increase and earnings improvements. We already forecast
EBITDA of EUR 23.12m in 2022 and EUR 88.23m in 2023, representing an EBITDA
margin improvement from 45.3% (2022) to 51.9% (2023). Business operations
are mainly conducted in the joint venture, in which IGEA indirectly holds a
50% interest. Minority interests are correspondingly high. In our opinion,
50% of the pre-tax result should flow to the joint venture partner. We
therefore expect outflows for minorities of EUR -10,01 million in 2022 and
EUR -42,12 million in 2023. It should be possible to use most of the loss
carryforwards in IGEA Pharma to reduce the tax burden and we expect a tax
rate of 10% in 2022 and 15% in 2023, resulting in net income of EUR 8.01m
(2022) and EUR 28.45m (2023).
The CBD market is growing strongly and with the focus on quality leadership
and pure extraction, IGEA Pharma's new business model should be able to
occupy an attractive niche market. With the proprietary supercritical CO2-
extraction technology, other markets such as vanilla, rose or rosemary can
be developed in the medium term.
Based on our DCF model, we have determined a fair value of EUR 1.05 (CHF
1.13) per share and assign a BUY rating.

First Berlin Equity Research has published a research update on ad pepper
media International N.V. (ISIN: NL0000238145). Analyst Dr. Karsten von
Blumenthal reiterated his BUY rating and maintained his EUR 8.10 price
target.
Abstract:
ad pepper media (APM) has published its Q3 report. Final Q3 figures matched
preliminary numbers. Despite higher revenue (+17% y/y) and gross profit
(+16% y/y), Q3 EBIT fell 26% y/y to €895k and net income was down 38% y/y
at €556k due mainly to higher S&M and G&A costs. APM increased staff by 7%
y/y to 246 employees and has invested in the expansion of its international
business. We believe that the investments in human resources and
internationalisation will pay off next year and expect 11% revenue and
almost 35% EBITDA growth in 2022. For Q4/21, management has issued revenue
guidance of up to €8m. We expect Q4 revenue of €7.8m and EBITDA of €2.0m
driven by the Webgains segment benefitting from the digital Christmas
business. Given the strength of the fourth pandemic wave in many countries
we believe that e-commerce shopping (and thus digital advertising) is
appealing for many customers even without lockdowns. Based on unchanged
forecasts we stick to our Buy rating and €8.10 price target. Recent share
price weakness results in increased upside potential of more than 60% to
our DCF-based price target. A 2022E EV/EBITDA of 10x also suggests an
attractive valuation for a growth stock with a rock-solid balance sheet and
strong free cash flow generation.

Impressive revenue growth and notable raise in gross profit
Aspermont's performance demonstrates the company's ability to grow at a
fast rate. When compared to Q4-2020, the company's revenues increased in
all sectors in Q4-2021. Currently, we can only look at partial numbers due
to Australian stock market regulatory laws.
These figures show a clear increase in all revenue sectors. Their XaaS and
service sectors grew by 20% and 17%, respectively, and now account for over
85% of total revenue. Their new data sector grew at a rate of 162%. Because
this division is less developed, faster growth is expected. Nonetheless, it
demonstrates how much potential management saw in this opportunity.
The increase in revenue did not result in a proportional increase in gross
profits margin. The quarter-on-quarter increase was only 12%, half of the
total revenue increase of 24%. This is unsurprising, as we believe
Aspermont needed to invest more money to maintain its current level of
growth and develop the new Data sector, as evidenced by their Q4-2021 OPEX
increase. Direct OPEX costs increased by 33%, owing to investments in new
businesses and increased operational capacity to support long-term growth.
All new investments are adequately funded by internal cash flow.
However, reaching a gross margin of 65% is a significant achievement. We
believe that the key to their new development strategy was to generate
higher margins and use the extra cash flow to fuel growth. This appears to
be working for the company at the moment, and we are eagerly awaiting the
full Q4-2021 and FY-2021 results, which should be released very soon, to
confirm our position.
In the fourth quarter, Aspermont experienced two significant events. The
company announced the establishment of a new fintech joint venture as well
as the launch of their first-generation capital raising platform.
Aspermont's current product offering in the mining sector will be enhanced
by the new partnership with Spark Plus and IPC. Spark Plus is a corporate
advisory firm that specializes in Asian roadshows for Asian companies. IPC
is a Sydney-based licensed securities dealer. Across Asia and Australia,
they provide Wealth Management and Corporate Advisory services to wholesale
and sophisticated investors.
The importance of the capital raising sector cannot be overstated. This is
a fiercely competitive industry that is undergoing a complete
transformation. Traditional banks and institutions continue to dominate the
market, but new entrants are gaining traction.
We believe that Aspermont unique position in the mining sector can pave the
way for important financing activities and the timing of the company could
not be better as the commodities have now entered in a super cycle. The
association with both Spark Plus, and IPC could generate substantial cash
flow within the next few years.
We believe the gross profits to be very healthy and the growth to be in
line with our expectations. We therefore confirm our buy rating with a 0.09
AUD target price.

First Berlin Equity Research has published a research update on Media and
Games Invest SE (ISIN: MT0000580101). Analyst Ellis Acklin reiterated his
BUY rating and increased the price target from EUR 8.00 to EUR 8.20.
Abstract:
Third quarter reporting featured topline growth of ~80% with revenue
hitting €63m (FBe: €61m) spurred by 41% organic sales growth (OSG). This
marked the third consecutive quarter in which OSG topped 35% and should
further reassure investors that MGI is not simply acquiring growth. Thanks
to scale and unlocked synergy effects, earnings grew at an even stronger
clip led by EBITDA (+197% Y/Y) and adj. EBIT (+275%). And market trends
towards digital products and services suggest business momentum should
continue. The results have the company tracking well towards company
guidance (sales: €234m to €254m; EBITDA: €65m to €70m), and we have bumped
up FBe to the mid-points of these ranges. We reiterate our Buy rating with
an €8.2 price target (old: €8.0).

NI 43-101 report with significant resource estimates
Given an expected 633.7% upside from the current share price of CAD 0.12,
we are initiating research coverage of CSE traded West Mining Corp. with a
long-term (36 months) Buy rating. We believe this undervalued, below radar
company offers a highly attractive investment case and expect the stock to
re-rate on the first hint of positive drilling news at the flagship Kena
and Daylight gold projects.
On May 11, 2021, West Mining announced a resource of 2,774,000 oz Au
Inferred and of 562,000 oz Au Indicated at an economically viable cut-off
grade of 0.25 g/t gold at its flagship Kena and Daylight projects. Applying
a value of USD 60 and USD 50 per ounce indicated and inferred gold
reserves, respectively, we calculate an implied company value of CAD 215.5
million or CAD 2.20 per share. Given the junior mining character of the
business model, we apply a P/NAV multiple of 0.40x and therefore calculate
a price target of CAD 0.88 per share. As the anomaly defined by West
Mining's recent geophysical survey of the Kena Southern zone was not
included into the NI-Report, the area hosting the indicated and inferred
resource only represents a part of the Kena project, providing additional
long-term upside potential to our valuation results. Newly acquired mineral
tenures to the north, including the past producing Athabasca Mine, could
add further upside to our target price.
West Mining is a mineral exploration and development company focused on
acquiring and exploring advanced and prospective early-stage projects in
British Columbia, a top-tier jurisdiction, known to host large gold and
silver deposits. Following a risk-averse strategy, West Mining avoids
insecure and politically unstable countries and regions with low respect
for property rights and a lack of legal security, and benefits from a
viable infrastructure, which significantly lowers the economic thresholds
to convert a discovery into a mine, in our view.
West Mining controls a portfolio of several gold projects. As the company
states, its flagship Kena and Daylight projects in the prolific 'Golden
Arc' region in British Columbia, covering over 9,000 hectares, are highly
promising bulk tonnage gold projects. With more than a century of mine
production, the Golden Arc, located in the southern interior part of
British Columbia, offers some of the highest mineral concentrations in the
world.
West Mining has a strong team of accomplished geoscientists that we feel
are poised to make new minerals discoveries and has a combined more than
100 years of experience within the board and the team of technical
consultants.

unsere Kaufempfehlung.
First Berlin Equity Research has published a research update on SFC Energy
AG (ISIN: DE0007568578). Analyst Dr. Karsten von Blumenthal reiterated his
BUY rating and maintained his EUR 44.00 price target.
Abstract:
SFC Energy has raised 2021 adjusted earnings guidance based on strong Q3
adjusted earnings figures. The company is now guiding towards adjusted
EBITDA of €5.7m - €7.3m and adjusted EBIT of €1.6m - €3.1m. Q3 adjusted
EBITDA (€2.4m) was above our forecast (FBe: €1.5m) and the prior year
figure of €1.0m. SFC has narrowed its sales guidance range to €61m - €65m
(previously: €61m - €70m) due to some product delivery postponements into
2022 caused by supply chain disruptions. We have lowered our 2021 sales
forecast from €66.8m to €63.0m, but raised our adjusted earnings forecasts
to reflect the increased profitability. We now expect 2021 sales growth of
18% and adjusted EBITDA of €6.5m. Following the COP26 meeting in Glasgow we
observe increasing pressure to replace carbon-rich energy production
(diesel generators) by decarbonised energy solutions (methanol and hydrogen
fuel cells). SFC's 9M order backlog almost doubled to €23m. We see
sustained strong demand for SFC's products across applications, customers,
and regions and thus anticipate strong growth in 2022. But given the
strength of the 4th pandemic wave which may hamper production and cause
further supply chain disruptions, we lower our 2022 sales forecasts.
However, we have increased our 2022 underlying earnings margin assumptions
due to strong 9M/21 underlying profitability. An updated DCF model yields
an unchanged price target of €44. We confirm our Buy recommendation.

GBC AG to present an investor round table conference call with Cardiol
Therapeutics and will present latest development.
With the completion of the Public Offering, the company will have raised
more than $ 52.4 million in cash. Included is $ 2.4 million from the
warrants' accelerated expiration date of June 4, 2020. On November 2nd, the
company filed a preliminary prospectus, and on November 3rd, the company
announced the pricing. Cardiol Therapeutics announced the closing of its
$50 million public offering less than 24 hours later. This demonstrates the
American markets' appetite for Cardiol Therapeutics and the significance of
their NASDAQ listing. The holder of each share of the offering received a
half warrant for $3.75 until November 5, 2024.
With higher costs due to the expansion of recruitment for their LANCER
study in Brazil, Mexico and Canada, this new influx of cash can allow the
company to run full steam ahead without compromising R&D.
As discussed in our initial coverage report (June 2021), http://www.moreir.
de/d/22609.pdf, we believe that the LANCER study could produce its first
results in the fourth quarter of 2021 or the first quarter of 2022. The
inclusion of new markets for patients recruitment indicates that the
company is on track to meet their timeline. We believe that with the
additional funds raised, the company could also increase the number of
participants.
Cardiol Therapeutics also received approval from Health Canada for its
CardiolRxTM for Acute Myocarditis Phase II Clinical Trial. The approval
comes after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted clearance
to proceed with Cardiol Therapeutics' Investigational New Drug (IND)
application to begin this trial, as announced by the company on August
24th, 2021. The trial's primary endpoints will be left ventricular function
(ejection fraction and longitudinal strain) and myocardial edema (extracellular
volume), both of which have been shown to predict long-term
prognosis in patients with acute myocarditis after 12 weeks of double-blind
therapy.
The resurgence of the COVID-19 crisis in Europe has boosted the projected
demand for their treatments in development. Finally, because of their
strong cash position, we believe the capital increase has resulted in a
lower company risk. Based on this we reduced BETA in our model, considered
the cash inflow but adjusted for dilution. The different effects balance
each other out. As a result, we maintain our current rating and price
target.
Upcoming Event: GBC AG to present Cardiol Therapeutics Investors round
table
In light of the above new developments, we are organizing an online
investor presentation on 24.11.2021 15.00h (UTC+1). Here, the CEO of the
company will present the latest developments and be available for questions
via chat function.
