We are searching for an German Speaking Crypto Affiliate Manager with a proven track record and experience working as an Affiliate or IB manager for at least 1 year.

We are ready to learn from you, share our knowledge and provide amazing working conditions for your best performance.

What Will you do:

  • Recruiting and supporting new affiliates
  • Maintaining existing affiliates
  • Monitoring affiliate programs and activities
  • Searching for Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiating with them to join our affiliate program
  • Communicating with designers - conversion promo materials preparation for Affiliates with a specific GEO (landing pages, teasers, banners)
  • Preparing marketing briefs and working with our Creative Team to develop assets for campaigns
  • Developing new campaign ideas and bonus offers for affiliates
  • Representing the company on international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc.)

Key Skills Required:

  • 1+ years work experience as an Affiliate Manager
  • 1+ years in Sales/Retention in Forex/ Crypto industry or similar
  • Fluent English + German language is a must
  • Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels
  • Ability to operate independently and meet established deadlines on time
  • Multi-tasking skill and attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity and positive attitude
  • Proficiency working in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of affiliate networks
  • Exceptional planning and project management skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel when needed to conferences and team meetings
