Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Analyzing client trade flow;
• Monitoring operation of trading platforms with regards to reception and transmission of client orders;
• Setting up symbols in the trading platforms;
• Running orders reconciliation with liquidity providers;
• Providing customer trading support and claims resolution;
• Keeping up to date with market information and monitoring trends in financial markets;
• Providing key parties with daily trading statistics;
• Ensuring accuracy of internal reporting; and
• Any other ad-hoc duties as those will be defined by the department’s Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or relevant field;
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a dealer / risk manager in a financial brokerage company;
• Fluent in English (verbal & written);
• Experience in MT4 / MT5 managers and/or admin;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, basic data analysis.
