Junior Dealer
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performing routine monitoring tasks to ascertain system performance and optimising system parameters
- Liaison with the technical team on the maintenance and enhancement of trading and monitoring systems
- Following the company’s operational procedures and internal controls in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitoring and analysing client’s trading activities and exposures
- Providing internal support to the client facing team on trading related inquiries
- Communication with counter-parties
- Keeping up to date with financial markets information and conducting market research
Key Requirements:
- University/College degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science/Engineering or any other related field
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, any other language will be considered an advantage
- CySec Advanced Certificate will be considered an advantage
- Advanced MS Excel skills will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to work shifts on rotation (morning/afternoon/night)
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate:
- Strong Analytical skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to ongoing changes quickly
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Dynamism and be able to deliver results i a timely manner
- Excellent command of English (both verbal & written)
- A fun and communicative approach
