The Role
Our Account Manager will be joining a talented team as one of the first points of contact for prospective Pepperstone clients. You'll be communicating with our clients via phone and email, actively building new and strengthening existing relationships within the Cyprus region. You'll assist our clients by building a strong knowledge of our products and platforms, and providing custom solutions to overcome their unique challenges. Ultimately, your goal will be to promote our brand, increase conversions and provide exceptional value to clients.
Skills & Experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (including negotiation processes)
- Fluent in English and at least one other language (French and/or Dutch highly regarded)
- Willingness to commit to ongoing learning and development; ability to acquire new knowledge & skills quickly
- Exceptional relationship building skills, team-oriented with previous customer service or sales experience highly regarded
- Ability to present complex information in a simple manner, e.g. trading concepts
- Proficient numerical ability; be comfortable working with numbers
- Sound decision making and critical thinking
- Experience with MetaTrader 4, Trading View or cTrader software (desirable)
- Experience with financial investments (desirable)
